Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Queens, NY

About Our Move In / Move Out Cleaning

Moving is stressful enough without scrubbing an empty apartment at midnight. Our Move In / Move Out Cleaning takes that off the list — a detailed clean of an empty home, inside every cupboard and appliance, to inspection standard. Book it for the place you're leaving, the place you're moving into, or both.

A move-out clean is judged by someone looking for reasons to keep your deposit, so we clean to that standard. Every cabinet, drawer and closet inside and out. The oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher inside. Bathroom fixtures descaled, grout scrubbed, tiles wiped. Walls spot-cleaned for scuffs, light fixtures and vents dusted, switch plates and door frames wiped, window interiors and sills cleaned, and every floor vacuumed, mopped and detailed into the corners.

For a move-in, it's the same thoroughness with a different purpose: making sure the home is genuinely clean before your belongings arrive. Around Middle Village most people book it for the gap between keys and movers, and we'll schedule around that — including evenings and weekends.

Empty homes are quicker than furnished ones, so a one-bedroom usually takes three to four hours and a two- or three-bedroom four to six with a second cleaner. Whole houses are quoted honestly — basement, attic and every floor — as one flat figure and finished in one visit. Flat rate, confirmed up front, unchanged afterwards. Anything missed is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.
