About Shining Home Cleaning Services of Queens, NY

Our Story

Shining Home Cleaning Services of Queens, NY opened in 2014 on Metropolitan Avenue in a part of Queens where most people live in whole houses, not apartments. That decided how we'd work: quote the entire house honestly — basement, attic, every floor — as one flat figure, send enough trusted cleaners to finish it in one visit, and never add a fee afterwards for something we should have asked about up front.

Every cleaner is trusted and vetted, arrives on time with all supplies and equipment, and works from a room-by-room checklist so a large home gets the same attention in the basement as in the kitchen. You don't need to be home — a key or lockbox is all we need — and we schedule seven days a week including evenings.

7,500+ cleans and 10+ years later, most of our clients are recurring and many have been with us for years. If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free. Arriving when we said we would and doing the whole job is what earned a 5.0-star rating, and it's what we keep doing.
